Our Story
BIDI was born out of a simple observation: construction estimation is stuck in the past. While other industries have embraced automation, estimators are still spending countless hours manually counting fixtures and measuring lines on PDF plans.
Coming from backgrounds in Finance, Information Systems, and Commercial Real Estate, our founders saw an opportunity to apply modern AI to these age-old problems.

With a Master’s in Information Systems and a history as a hands-on developer, he ensures that BIDI’s strategy is always grounded in technical excellence, bridging the gap between complex AI capabilities and the strategic needs of our partners.
Weston Burnett
CTOWeston leads the technical development of BIDI, bringing a unique perspective as an industry expert turned CTO. With a background in Finance and years spent on the front lines of commercial real estate and sales, he witnessed the broken estimation process firsthand. He now directs our technical vision to ensure BIDI solves the real-world ROI and workflow problems that contractors face every day.
