Our AI-powered estimates and analyses are provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for construction decisions. Always verify estimates with qualified professionals.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIDI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BIDI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
