Founded in 2002, Pacific Decorative Concrete, Inc. (PDCI) is a privately owned green construction company that prioritizes specialty flooring. We utilize cutting-edge technology and sophisticated machinery to install environmentally sustainable architectural floor finishes to foundational concrete. With over 20 years of industry experience under a single owner, David Stratton, we’re focused on providing customers across the entire Western United States with eco-friendly, durable, and attractive flooring options. PDCI is headquartered in Sacramento, California, and is licensed and registered in all Western States, including Hawaii. We self-perform all work under contract with additional offices in Oregon, Arizona, and Hawaii.
