Since 2010, Monument has built both government and commercial projects. We started with existing buildings. We build ground ups, tenant Improvements, government, medical, and other commercial properties. Although young, we offer the same capabilities of a larger contractor with a team that has collectively constructed and managed over $120MM worth of structures. We provide services to our clients giving them the tools to grow their business.
