Baylor Jeppsen is a co-founder of Bidi Contracting, where he builds AI-powered construction estimating and bid management software for General Contractors. Before starting Bidi, he helped roll out technology systems across large organizations and has a deep understanding of how estimating teams actually work in practice — not just in theory. He studies economics at BYU and is based in Utah County. His writing focuses on practical tools and honest trade-offs that help contractors bid more work without burning out their estimating teams.
